Jewels

Description

Using jewels you can enhance the Hero’s and Inquisitors’ equipment. Improved equipment provides economic and military bonuses and increases the personal characteristics of your helpers.

To get jewels:

  • Attack Assailants, Alpha Assailants, and Grand Alpha Assailants
  • Accomplish VIP Errands
  • Open the Treasure

In the Storeroom tab of the Gemmery, you can view all the jewels you currently have.

Characteristics of jewels

You can obtain jewels of various types as a reward for fighting Assailants and Alpha Assailants. The higher the type, the bigger the bonus provided when equipment is enhanced with the jewel.

Types of jewels:

  • Simple
  • Usual
  • Unusual
  • Rare
  • Epic
  • Legendary

Legendary jewels have additional upgrade levels:

  • Legendary I
  • Legendary II
  • Legendary III

There are also Adomi jewels – these give four bonuses.

Fusing jewels

In the Gemmery, you can fuse four jewels of one type to create one jewel of a higher class.

Fuse jewels for Gold, instantly, or for Silver, which takes time. When your VIP status reaches level 17, the ability to fuse simple jewels instantly and for free will become available. Level up your VIP status in order to unlock free instant fusion of other types of jewels.

To obtain legendary jewels of levels I, II, and III, you will need to fuse other jewels. You can fuse them instantly in exchange for Gold, or spend some time fusing them. At certain VIP levels, you'll be able to fuse upgraded legendary jewels instantly and for free.

Adomi jewels don't have any types or levels, and you cannot receive or find them – you can only create them using other jewels.

Adomi jewels are always displayed in the Storeroom tab if you have at least one regular jewel of any type.

Adomi jewels can be created instantly for Gold, or for free, which takes some time. At certain VIP levels, you'll be able to create Adomi jewels instantly and without expending any resources at all.

If you have eight or more jewels of the same type, you can perform a bulk fusion. When you tap the "Fuse" button, an additional window will open in which you can fuse an unlimited number of jewels.

For example, if you have 12 Corals of usual type, then one bulk fusion will produce 3 Corals of unusual type.

In addition, you can change the number of jewels for bulk fusion using the special slider at the bottom of the window.

Enhancing equipment

In order to enhance the equipment with jewels, go to the Enhancing tab in the Gemmery.

The better its type, the more slots the piece of equipment has:

  • Simple and usual equipment – one slot for a jewel
  • Unusual and rare equipment – two slots for jewels
  • Epic equipment – three slots for jewels
  • Legendary equipment – three slots for jewels and one slot for a rune

The number of slots for legendary pieces of equipment that you can upgrade also depends on their upgrade level. At level 12, an additional slot for a jewel is unlocked, and at level 15, an additional slot for a rune is unlocked.

Remember that you cannot inlay multiple identical jewels (for example, two Onyxes) into one piece of equipment. The process of inlaying jewels into equipment is carried out instantly.

Removing and destroying jewels

To make a space for a new jewel in an enhanced piece of equipment, you can:

  • Destroy the jewel. This will free up a slot, but you won’t be able to reuse the destroyed jewel.
  • Apply the Jeweler's Tongs item. This will remove the jewel and you will be able to reuse it. Note that the type of Jeweler's Tongs should be at least as high as that of the jewel you wish to remove. You can apply the Jeweler's Tongs only once. The item can be purchased in the Bonuses tab of the Item Store.
Jewel transformation

In the Gemmery, you can transform legendary jewels of all levels and Adomi jewels into Glittering Dust. This resource is needed to construct and upgrade buildings in the Order Citadel, announce Championships, conduct certain Studies in the Scholars' Hall, and to create, upgrade, and set traps.

You can see the amount of Glittering Dust you have in the Resources section of the My Items tab.
