Citadel buildings
Town Hall
This is the main building of the Order Citadel, where you can view your statistics and other key information. Upgrade the Town Hall to be able to construct and upgrade other buildings, as well as increase the size of your Order Holdings and the number of bonuses they grant. When the Town Hall reaches level 5, the Hall of Glory tab appears in the building. Additional Studies can be conducted in this tab.
Scholars' Hall
In this building, you can conduct Studies that increase your military and economic stats. Upgrade the Scholars' Hall to get access to new Studies and conduct them faster.
To conduct Studies, you need transformed resources and Drafts (for conducting some Studies, Glittering Dust is required). Only the Master and Counselors can start the Study conducting process in the Scholars' Hall. Order members can speed up the process by using special Order Citadel Boost items.
Bonuses from the Studies conducted at the Scholars' Hall affect all Order members. You can conduct only one Study at a time.
Tribunal
This building is needed to exile strangers from the Order Holdings. The higher the Tribunal level, the greater its reach.
To exile an enemy Lord, you need Stamped Papers. If you have them, select an enemy Lord's Town and then hit the "Exile" button. The Town will be relocated to a random spot on the Kingdom map.
You cannot exile Lords if:
- They relocated their Towns to another spot in the home Kingdom or to an enemy Kingdom during a worldwide Tournament
- They have joined your Order or Pact
- You have been exiled from the Order
- The Master has demolished the Order Citadel
- The Master has disbanded the Order
- You have relocated your Town to an enemy Kingdom during a worldwide Tournament
Arsenal
In this building, you can create Technologies. They are needed to craft equipment from the Arsenal for your Hero.
To create Technologies, you need special resources and Diamonds.
Only the Master and Counselors can create Technologies. Other members can speed up this process by using Order Citadel Boosts.
After the Technology is created, all Order members will receive a system message via Mail.
There are two ways to craft equipment from the Arsenal:
1. In the Order Citadel. Go to the Technologies tab and select a Technology.
2. In the Town. Open the Workshop, hit the Equipment tab, and select the "Equipment from the Arsenal" subcategory.
Read more about crafting equipment from the Arsenal in the Equipment section.
Resource Warehouse
This building holds the resources and Drafts that the Order members have sent to the Citadel, as well as special resources that are produced in the Citadel.
The higher the Resource Warehouse level, the lower the tax, the faster the cart speed, and the more resources can be sent at a time.
To send resources to the Citadel, go to the Port and hit the "Send resources" button in the Citadel box.
Resources are kept in the Resource Warehouse until the Order Master or Counselors send them for transformation.
Resource transformation can be slow but cheap, or fast but expensive.
Transformation Guilds
In these buildings, usual resources are transformed into special ones:
- The Provisions Guild transforms Food into Rations
- The Joiners' Guild – Lumber into Planks
- The Blacksmiths' Guild – Iron into Cast Iron
- The Hewers' Guild – Stone into Marble
- The Mint – Silver into Tokens
Arena
When the Citadel reaches level 4, you can construct the Arena. In this building, the Master and Counselors announce Championships. During Championships, Order members fight armies of other Lords and foreign troops in the Citadel. The higher the level of the Arena, the more powerful the foreign troops.
Trap Workshop
In the Trap Workshop, the Order's Master and Counselors can craft and upgrade traps, which are needed to reinforce Fort defenses in the Battle on the Isles. This building can be constructed from the Order Citadel level 1.
To craft a trap, open the Trap Workshop window, go to the Traps tab, and select the "Army Offense in Forts" category.
There are five types of trap:
- Against spearmen
- Against cavalry
- Against ranged troops
- Against knights
- Against siege units
All traps are divided into three levels that differ in the number and value of their bonuses.
After selecting a suitable trap, hit the "Upgrade" button. To upgrade a trap, you need transformed resources, Drafts, and Glittering Dust.
Once a trap has been upgraded to level 1, the Order's Master or Counselors can set it in a Fort. Subsequent upgrades will increase the trap's bonuses.
